You must not use the Platform for any of the following:

Engaging in stalking, harassment, threats, or any activity that endangers another individual.
Uploading, storing, or distributing illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
Disrupting, attacking, or compromising the Platform's infrastructure or security systems.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary code or data from the Platform.
Manipulating location data or circumventing technical safeguards.
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.

2.3 Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and share relevant information with law enforcement where required or appropriate.

3. Location Features and User Obligations

3.1 Location Access

Many core features of the Platform rely on real-time and historical location data. By granting location permissions, you authorize the Platform to collect, process, and transmit your location information to users you have selected. You can adjust or withdraw these permissions at any time through your device settings or within the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy and Limitations

You acknowledge that:

Location data accuracy can be affected by GPS conditions, physical environment, device hardware, and network quality.
Certain Platform features may be unavailable or degraded without active location permissions.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of location sharing complies with applicable laws, particularly when monitoring minors or dependents.

Using location features to deceive, endanger, or harm others is a serious violation of this Agreement.

We reserve the right to update, add, restrict, or remove features at any time in order to maintain quality, meet legal requirements, or address misuse. Some features may require a paid subscription.

4.3 Third-Party Dependencies

We are not liable for data errors, notification delays, or service interruptions resulting from circumstances outside our direct control, including failures of third-party services or network providers.

5. Content Submitted by Users

5.1 Ownership and License

You may have the ability to submit messages, files, media, or other content ("Your Content") through the Platform. You retain ownership of Your Content. Certain features may only be accessible through a paid subscription or in-app purchase. All payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Apple's App Store or Google Play. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund procedures are governed by those platforms' terms.

6.2 Financial Data

We do not store or have access to your payment card details. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings directly within your app store account.

6.3 Pricing Changes

Subscription fees and plan terms may be updated from time to time. We will provide notice where required by applicable law or platform policies.

6.4 Promotions

We may periodically offer discounts or promotional pricing at our discretion. The specific terms of any such promotion will be made available at the time of the offer.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content, software, branding, designs, and other materials comprising the Platform are the property of or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws in applicable jurisdictions worldwide.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Platform for lawful purposes. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works without our written consent is not permitted.

8. Security and System Integrity

8.2 Consequences of Misuse

Any deliberate attempt to undermine the Platform's integrity may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

8.3 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your own device and credentials. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling any available multi-factor authentication options.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 As-Is Basis

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, whether express or implied. In particular, we do not guarantee that:

The Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or consistently available.
Location data will be accurate or complete at all times.
The Platform will be free from security vulnerabilities.
The Platform will be compatible with all devices or software versions.

9.2 Your Risk

You use the Platform at your own risk. All implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Excluded Damages

To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Unauthorized use or misuse of location data by other users.
Data inaccuracies, technical failures, or service interruptions.
Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your actions or device vulnerabilities.

10.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claims relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve-month period prior to the claim.

11. Termination and Suspension
